Merhi to race for Marussia in Australian season-opener

Roberto Merhi will make his F1 race debut this weekend in Australia after being confirmed as Marussia's second driver for the 'opening rounds' of the 2015 season.Merhi has previous experience in Formula One racing, having driven for Caterham in three FP1 sessions during the 2014 season. Still only 23-years-old, he has enjoyed success in a number of disciplines including winning the 2011 European Formula 3 crown and finishing third in last year's Formula Renault 3.5 championship."I am incredibly excited to be making my Formula 1 debut in Melbourne this weekend," Merhi said.
