Van der Garde legal decision with Sauber delayed

Giedo van der Garde's legal dispute with Sauber has been reserved until Wednesday (11th March) to see whether he will drive for the Formula 1 team at this weekend's Australian Grand Prix, as heard by the Supreme Court of the Australian state of Victoria. The case was heard in Melbourne on Monday morning but the judgement has been delayed until Wednesday – 11pm Tuesday GMT – which leaves just two days to prepare for the opening practice session at Albert Park. The Dutch driver claims the Swiss team unfairly dismissed him at the end of last season and feels he was denied a 2015 race seat after acting as reserve driver last season.
