Missing Australian GP will be ‘tough' – Alonso

+ Fernando Alonso says it will be ‘tough’ to miss the 2015 season opener in Australia, after he was ruled out of racing by doctors. Alonso was hospitalised for three nights after a testing crash in Barcelona last month, and was forced to sit out the final pre-season test at the Circuit de Catalunya. McLaren confirmed on Tuesday that the Spaniard will miss the opening race of the season at Melbourne, as not to risk a repeat of a second concussion so close to his initial testing injury. “It will be tough not to be in Australia, but I understand the recommendations,' Alonso tweeted.
