Max Chilton confirms switch to FIA WEC with Nissan

Former Marussia driver Max Chilton will race in this year's FIA World Endurance Championship for Nissan's new LMP1 team. The British driver was left without a Formula 1 seat following the collapse of Marussia towards the end of the 2014 season, and most recently completed an Indy Lights test in the United States for Carlin. In spite of Marussia's comeback and bid to race in 2015, Chilton has opted to walk away from F1 and join Nissan's new LMP1 project in the WEC.
