Ricciardo promises more to come from Red Bull
Three-time Grand Prix winner declares: ‘We’ve got to pull-in those silver cars’ as testing continues. Red Bull’s lead driver Daniel Ricciardo is confident that his team will once again be challenging for Grand Prix victories this year despite the ominous testing form of reigning champions Mercedes. Although Ricciardo propped up the times on the third day of testing at Barcelona, as Mercedes topped them again, he is encouraged by his pace on high fuel loads and the amount of mileage the team has achieved compared to this time last year. “We’ve definitely got a lot of potential,” he said. “We’ve got to pull-in those silver cars.
