Rossi joins Racing Engineering in GP2

American Alexander Rossi will race in GP2 with the Racing Engineering team, the Spanish squad has announced. Rossi, a Marussia and Caterham reserve in Formula One during 2014, completes Racing Engineering's line-up alongside Briton Jordan King. The 23-year-old Californian competed in six rounds of the 2014 GP2 series with Campos and Caterham, before parting company with the latter following a change of ownership of the F1 team. Rossi, a one-time race winner in GP2, had tested for the team in 2010, but this will be his first year racing with it.
