Alonso could miss final Barcelona test

+ McLaren says Fernando Alonso could miss the final pre-season test in Barcelona this week. Alonso crashed at Turn 3 on the final day of the first test at the Circuit de Catalunya, and was airlifted to hospital as a precaution. McLaren confirmed on Monday that the Spaniard is making a good recovery, but says he might be forced to sit out the final test ahead of the 2015 season opener in Australia. “We are pleased to confirm that, having been involved in an on-track incident at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (Spain) on February 22nd, Fernando Alonso is making a solid recovery in hospital, and is chatting to family, friends and hospital staff,” a McLaren statement read. “From the...
