McLaren name driver allocation for first Barcelona test
McLaren has announced the driver line up for the first F1 Barcelona test, with Jenson Button in the MP4-30 on days one and two before handing over to Fernando Alonso for days three and four. The Woking-based team confirmed they were satisfied with the first test of the season in Jerez despite being off the pace of the rest of the F1 teams. McLaren were getting to grips with the new Honda power unit and notched up the fewest number of laps over the four days. The drivers and team boss Ron Dennis are currently visiting Honda's Tokyo headquarters as they team prepares for the 2015 season, which marks the return of the McLaren-Honda partnership.
