Verstappen understands new age limit

– Toro Rosso rookie Max Verstappen says he understands Formula 1's new age restriction, which will come into force next year.From 2016, drivers must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driving licence and have success in junior categories to apply for the FIA's Super Licence.Verstappen, 17, will become the youngest driver in Formula 1 history when he takes to the grid in Australia next month, after just one season in Formula 3."Someone who's 15 or 16 is not ready for Formula 1.
