Horner upbeat over RB11 progress

– Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner says the squad is encouraged after a 'standard' pre-season test at Jerez last week, despite its comparative lack of running.Red Bull completed 164 laps across the four days - only McLaren managed fewer - but Horner says that the situation is much brighter than in 2014, when the team was barely able to run."It was a lot more positive than last year," he said.
