Mixed conditions for MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS on day two in Jerez MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS continued its 2015 winter testing programme today at the Circuito de Jerez, with Lewis Hamilton taking the wheel of the F1 W06 Hybrid for the second of four days’ running at the Spanish circuit. Lewis’ best time of 1:22.490 from 91 laps put him fourth on the time sheets. Lewis emerged for his first run at precisely 09:00 CET, completing 91 laps before lunch across a series of long runs Further running was curtailed by investigations into the cause of a water leak Mercedes-Benz Power Units today completed a total of 865 km between the three teams present The team will now work to ensure the car is ready...
