Chilton eyes 2016 IndyCar seat

Sutton Images Enlarge Former Marussia driver Max Chilton has his sights set on a 2016 IndyCar seat after joining Carlin to assist with its Indy Lights debut this season. Chilton has been without a drive since the demise of Marussia last season but has rekindled his partnership with Carlin, the team he took two wins with in his GP2 career. Indy Lights is the support series for IndyCar and Chilton will test with Carlin for three days at Homestead in Florida next week. "I'm very excited to be assisting Carlin in the USA," Chilton said.
