Lotus confirms Palmer as third driver

– Lotus has announced that GP2 champion Jolyon Palmer will act as the team's test and reserve driver for the 2015 Formula 1 season.Palmer, the son of former Grand Prix driver Jonathan, took four wins and eight further podiums en route to last year's feeder series title.The Briton also completed his first mileage in Formula 1 machinery, with Force India handing him track time at the end-of-season Abu Dhabi test."It's the dream to be with a Formula 1 team and now I can say I'm a Formula 1 driver," said Palmer."I tested with a Force India last year which was already a dream but now to have a full role with a team, a prestigious team as well like Lotus F1 Team, is an...
