Mercedes to launch W06 on first day of Jerez test

Mercedes will launch its 2015 car on the first day of the opening pre-season test in Jerez on February 1st, the team confirmed on Monday. Whilst some of its biggest rivals will launch a few days before the test, with McLaren and Ferrari confirming online launches, Mercedes will roll the W06 out of their garage on the morning of the test. The championship winning team will also share photos and information about the car on social media. Nico Rosberg will be the first behind the wheel before handing it over to Lewis Hamilton on day two. Rosberg will then drive on day three and Hamilton day four - the opposite of 2014.
