Hockenheim set to host 2015 German Grand Prix

Bernie Ecclestone has revealed that Hockenheim is poised to host this year's German Grand Prix in place of the Nurburgring, hinting that it could become the permanent home of the race. Since 2008, the two circuits have shared the hosting rights to the grand prix despite both encountering financial difficulties. After Hockenheim hosted last year's grand prix, the Nurburgring was set to welcome the teams and drivers for the 2015 race in July as part of the alternating contract.
