Fry and Tombazis out in Ferrari technical reshuffle

Ferrari has confirmed yet more changes to its staff, this time within the technical department with the departure of director of engineering Pat Fry and chief designer Nikolas Tombazis. The pair will leave the company with immediate effect, with James Allison given the responsibility for 'track engineering activities' alongside his previous role of technical director. Chief designer Simone Resta and Mattia Binotto, power unit director, will sit under Allison and report directly to him. Lorenzo Sassi, chief power unit designer, will assist Binotto.
