F1's Virtual Safety Car regulation confirmed

The FIA has confirmed the regulations surrounding the new Virtual Safety Car in 2015 in the latest sporting regulations. It was announced in December that the Virtual Safety Car (VSC) would be used in 2015 after positive tests in Austin, Brazil and Abu Dhabi at the end of last season. The VSC idea was conceived following Jules Bianchi's accident at the Japanese Grand Prix, with the Marussia driver hitting a recovery crane having lost control of his car in a double waved yellow flag area.
