Williams F1 recruits Robson from McLaren

Williams has announced a number of changes to strengthen its engineering team ahead of the 2015 F1 season. Dave Robson joins the team from McLaren to be Felipe Massa's race engineer, with Robson having previously carried out the same role for Jenson Button. The recruitment of Robson comes with Massa's previous race engineer - Andrew Murdoch - being promoted to senior performance engineer. Other changes see Carl Gaden promoted to senior car systems engineer after 22 years as chief mechanic on the race team. Mark Pattinson - previously Number 1 mechanic on Massa's car - steps up to take on the role of chief mechanic. Williams chief technical officer Pat Symonds said the changes are a...
