Sauber confirms Marciello as reserve driver

Sauber F1 Team Sauber has confirmed that Ferrari youngster Raffaele Marciello will act as the squad's test and reserve driver in 2015. Marciello, 20, won the Formula 3 Championship in 2013 and placed eighth in GP2 in 2014 having scored a victory in Belgium. Marciello, who has previously tested for Ferrari, will receive outings in Friday practice sessions with the Swiss team. "I am really pleased to become a member of Sauber, which has a long tradition of building up excellent drivers," he said. "I really think that this is the best choice for my future career.
