Ferrari's Marciello named Sauber F1 reserve

Ferrari young driver Raffaele Marciello has been named reserve and test driver for the Sauber F1 Team in 2015. Marciello only drove an F1 car for the first time in the post-season test in Abu Dhabi, spending one day in the Ferrari in November. That test came after the 20-year-old completed his debut GP2 season in 2014 and his new role at Sauber will be combined with another year racing in GP2 for Racing Engineering. With one of Ferrari's current test drivers - Esteban Gutierrez - having come through the ranks at Sauber to race for two years, Marciello said he was pleased to be joining a team which gives young drivers opportunities. “I am really pleased to become a member of the Sauber F1...
