Red Bull has real desire to catch Mercedes

Christian Horner says Red Bull is determined to catch Mercedes this winter “to really give them a hard time”. Daniel Ricciardo was the only non-Mercedes driver to win a race in 2014 as he took victories in Canada, Hungary and Belgium to break up a year dominated by Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg. Despite the Mercedes power unit being comfortably the strongest on the grid, Red Bull delivered another impressive season to finish second in the constructors' championship with Renault.
