Nielsen appointed Williams Sporting Manager

Williams Martini Racing have announced that Steve Nielsen has been appointed as the teams’ new Sporting Manager with immediate effect. He joins the team having recently departed the Scuderia Toro Rosso team where he had been sporting director since 2013, and will take on his new role that sees him take on the responsibility and operation of the Williams team. He will manage the sporting matters faced by the team and will ensure that the directives within the team are complied with and implemented in the correct manner.
