Nielsen joins Williams as Sporting Manager

– Williams has appointed Steve Nielsen to the position of Sporting Manager with immediate effect.Nielsen's switch comes just days after confirmation of his departure from Toro Rosso, where he spent the past season as Sporting Director.Nielsen has also worked for Caterham, Lotus, Tyrrell, Benetton/Renault, Honda and Arrows in Formula 1, in a career spanning 27 years.In his new role, Nielsen will be responsible for "the overall management and operation" of Williams."I'm delighted to be joining a team of Williams' history and stature in what is a very exciting time for everyone at Grove after a very impressive 2014 season," said Nielsen."In this role I will be...
