Sainz Jr gets Toro Rosso F1 seat

Toro Rosso has announced Carlos Sainz Jr as Max Verstappen's team-mate for the 2015 season. Following Jean-Eric Vergne's announcement that he would be leaving Toro Rosso, the team has confirmed Formula Renault 3.5 champion Sainz Jr as his replacement. Alongside Verstappen, Sainz Jr will form an all-new driver line-up for the team and after testing for Red Bull in Abu Dhabi this week says he feels well prepared for the step up. “I am really happy to have landed the drive with Scuderia Toro Rosso," Sainz Jr said.
