Wolff promoted to Williams test driver

Williams Martini Racing has announced that Susie Wolff will be promoted to the position of test driver for the 2015 Formula 1 season. The 31-year-old has spent the last three seasons as the team's development driver, completing several test outings and making her race weekend debut at the 2014 British Grand Prix in first practice. Wolff only managed four laps of the Silverstone circuit before an engine failure cut short her session. However, she completed 22 laps at the wheel of the FW36 in opening practice for the German Grand Prix two weeks later, finishing just two tenths behind Felipe Massa. As the team's test driver, she will complete two test days and two FP1 sessions in 2015, as well...
