Bottas puts Williams on top in Abu Dhabi test

Williams' Valtteri Bottas set the pace on the first day of the final Formula One test of the season at Abu Dhabi on Tuesday.Fresh from his podium finish at Yas Marina on Sunday, the Finn hit the front early on, spent much of the day at the top of the timesheet, and eventually clocked a 1m 43.396s after improving his own benchmark in the final 15 minutes of the day.His progress contrasted to that of McLaren-Honda's interim car, whose eagerly-anticipated first official runs didn't come until the afternoon due to early electrical issues.
