Lewis Hamilton tops in FP1 at Yas Marina Lewis Hamilton began the final chapter of his 2014 Formula 1 world championship bid by topping the timing screens in the first free practice session of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend at Yas Marina Circuit. Fellow title contender and teammate Nico Rosberg, who topped every session last time out in Brazil, was second fastest ahead of Fernando Alonso having his final weekend as a Ferrari driver.
