Formula One World Championship, Rd5, Spanish Grand Prix, Preparations, Barcelona, Spain, Thursday, 8 May 2014Williams have launched a new engineering academy in a bid to nurture the next generation of F1 engineers. The scheme, launched in conjunction with team partners Randstad and F1 in Schools, will see Williams mentor up to 10 students each year in a long-term extra-curricular programme
