Caterham confirms Kobayashi for Abu Dhabi

Getty Images Enlarge Kamui Kobayashi has been confirmed as one of Caterham's drivers for its return to the grid in Abu Dhabi. Caterham missed races in the United States and Brazil after falling into administration but will race at Yas Marina after a successful crowd-funding project attracted new investment. Before hitting financial trouble Kobayashi's seat had been confirmed on a race by race basis. Kobayashi, whose return to the grid this season was secured thanks to fan support, paid tribute to those who had pledged to Caterham.
