Kvyat sure of points charge despite penalty

Red Bull/Getty Images Toro Rosso driver Daniil Kvyat is sure he can fight for points in the Brazilian Grand Prix, despite having to start from the back row of the grid. Kvyat was penalised at the last race in the United States for using a seventh Internal Combustion Engine but he was only able to drop three places, rather than the required 10. Kvyat's penalty was therefore carried over to Brazil and while he progressed through to Q2, he opted not to post a time and will drop to 17th place.
