Caterham ‘extremely hopeful' of racing in Abu Dhabi

+ The administrators in charge of Caterham say they are ‘extremely hopeful’ that the team will be in a position to compete at the season finale at Abu Dhabi. Caterham missed last weekend’s United States Grand Prix and will also sit out the upcoming race in Brazil after the team entered into administration last month. However, Caterham feature on the FIA’s official 2015 entry list released on Wednesday under the name of 1Malaysia Racing. “We are now extremely hopeful that we will be going to Abu Dhabi,” administrator Finbarr O'Connell told Reuters. “I think I've got enough confidence now to say I'd be very surprised if we were not racing in Abu Dhabi.
