Van der Garde: Ericsson signing 'changes nothing'

Giedo van der Garde says Sauber's signing of Marcus Ericsson for next season does not change his future plans. The Caterham rookie was announced as one of the Swiss outfit's two 2015 drivers on Saturday, admitting afterwards that he was surprised by how quickly the deal was completed. Van der Garde joined Sauber as a reserve driver at the start of the season, after also completing his maiden F1 campaign with Caterham. He says the Ericsson confirmation does not impact his plans.
