Perez close to confirming new Force India F1 deal
Sergio Perez says he is 'very close' to agreeing the terms of a new deal that will see him remain with Force India for the 2015 Formula 1 World Championship. With current team-mate Nico Hulkenberg confirmed as staying with Force India ahead of the United States Grand Prix, team manager Vijay Mallya has frequently expressed a desire to retain an unchanged driver line-up for 2015. With this in mind, Perez is hopeful he can announce his own deal soon as he looks to establish some stability in a single place having previous driven for Sauber and McLaren over the last four seasons. “It is close to the end to the season so we are to sorting a deal with the team,” he said. “I want to stay...
