Sainz Jr: I deserve Toro Rosso seat

Carlos Sainz Jr says he deserves the vacant seat alongside Max Verstappen at Toro Rosso next season.
Verstappen, 17, will become the youngest driver in Formula 1 history next year and he was set to partner Daniil Kvyat at the Faenza-based team.
But Sebastian Vettel's departure from Red Bull led to Kvyat being promoted to the senior squad, in turn opening up a space at Toro Rosso.
Sainz Jr, who became the first Red Bull-backed driver to win the Formula Renault 3.5 crown earlier this month, believes that he deserves the drive.
