Buyer says Fernandes still owns Caterham F1

– The consortium that purchased Caterham at the end of June has insisted that Tony Fernandes did not transfer the relevant shares and still owns the team.Fernandes made reference to the claims against him via Twitter on Wednesday night, stating: "If you buy something, you should pay for it."But Engavest SA, the Swiss-based buyer, released a statement on Thursday claiming that it "fulfilled all the conditions" of the agreement.It also stated that Fernandes is "fully responsible" for the team moving forward."On 29 June 2014 Engavest SA signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Tony Fernandes and the Caterham Group to acquire the shares of 1Malaysia...
