Caterham future uncertain amid ownership row
The future of Formula One outfit Caterham is in doubt as current owners Engavest SA claimed late Wednesday that they have not yet received the legal title to the team from the previous owners. "(T)he seller has refused to comply with its legal obligations to transfer their shares to the buyer," a statement on the Caterham homepage said. "The buyer has been left in the invidious position of funding the team without having legal title to the team it had bought (in July)."
