Pérez on brink of new Force India deal
– Sergio Pérez says he is likely to sign a fresh Force India deal "in the next week", a move that would confirm the outfit's line-up for the 2015 campaign after team-mate Nico Hülkenberg's recent renewal.The Mexican, 24, joined Force India for 2014 after being dropped by McLaren at the end of a challenging season alongside Jenson Button.Although 29 points behind Hülkenberg with three races remaining, Pérez had the honour of taking Force India's first podium since 2009 at the Bahrain Grand Prix."I want to close out my situation," Pérez told the Press Association.
