Todt: Let's wait for Bianchi crash findings before judging
Jules Bianchi with Jean Todt
FIA president Jean Todt has called for patience and calm in the wake Jules Bianchi's recent crash during the Japanese Grand Prix which left the Frenchman critically-injured.
Since the Bianchi struck a recovery vehicle in controversial circumstances during the race at Suzuka, speculation about responsibility for the crash has been widespread. The Italian press has been particularly critical.
'The world has 200 countries,' Todt told La Gazzetta dello Sport. 'Each has its own ideas. There was this reaction by the Italian media, but it is different in Germany and the UK. So let's wait for the commission.'
