Merc staff to get £10,000 bonuses

Mercedes' employees are to be richly rewarded following the team's Constructors' Championship success over the weekend. The Brackley-based squad secured their first-ever team title after a 1-2 finish from Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg at the Russian Grand Prix and the team will reportedly spent £7million on bonuses for 700 employees. The Telegraph reports that "every designer, engineer, chef and cleaner at their Oxfordshire base will be given a £10,000 reward, with some receiving much more after the team clinched the title".
