Alonso accepts Ferrari's rivals faster

Scuderia Ferrari Fernando Alonso has accepted that Ferrari's rivals were simply faster during qualifying for the Russian Grand Prix at the Sochi Autodrom. Alonso qualified in eighth place for the race - but will start from seventh on the grid as a result of Kevin Magnussen's grid penalty. "Today’s qualifying was more difficult than usual, or at least more complicated compared to the last two race weekends, when we had been able to fight with the front runners," he said.
