Kvyat 'honoured' to earn Red Bull promotion

Red Bull/Getty Images Toro Rosso driver Daniil Kvyat says he is 'honoured' to earn a seat with Red Bull for the 2015 season. Reigning GP3 champion Kvyat will join Daniel Ricciardo at the team after it was confirmed that Sebastian Vettel will leave the squad at the end of the year. "I found out this morning when I arrived at the track and I was very pleased about it," he told Sky Sports. "Very honoured, happy, of course I have to thank Red Bull for this great opportunity.
