Kvyat ‘honoured’ to drive for Red Bull

October 4th, 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Daniil Kvyat says he is honoured to have been chosen to replace Sebastian Vettel at Red Bull Racing next year. The Russian rookie was told on Saturday morning that he would be driving for Red Bull next year. “It’s been a very special Saturday here in Japan today, as I was told that I would be driving for Infiniti Red Bull Racing next year,” said Kvyat. “It’s a fantastic feeling and a great opportunity and honour for me, so I want to thank Red Bull for trusting me.” The Russian driver is currently 15th in the drivers’ title with eight...
