Rosberg storms to pole ahead of Hamilton

– Nico Rosberg beat Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton to pole position during Saturday's Japanese Grand Prix qualifying session at Suzuka, with Williams drivers Valtteri Bottas and Felipe Massa locking out the second row.Rosberg was the fastest man heading into the decisive shootout phase and delivered a 1:32.506 on his final run to beat Hamilton by two tenths of a second.Hamilton, whose car was ready to drive just minutes before qualifying in the wake of his sizeable practice shunt, was four tenths clear of nearest rival Bottas, who in turn comfortably outpaced team-mate Massa.Fernando Alonso was a lonely fifth for Ferrari, ahead of the staggered Red Bull and McLaren drivers.Daniel...
