Ricciardo accepts blame for practice crash

+ Daniel Ricciardo has shouldered the blame for his crash in second practice at Suzuka, admitting he simply made a mistake. The Australian went off at the final corner early in practice on cold tyres as he ramped up for a flying lap, hitting the barriers on the left-hand side of the track and badly damaging the front-left corner of his Red Bull car. ”It wasn't really a problem, I just made a mistake,” Ricciardo admitted to reporters following the session. “I did my first quick lap and then everyone is cooling after that and on the slow lap there was a yellow flag so I did it extra slow so that once I started my quick lap the yellow flag would have been clear and I would have been...
