Ricciardo accepts blame for practice crash

Red Bull/Getty Images Daniel Ricciardo accepted responsibility after crashing out of Friday's second free practice session in Japan. Ricciardo was preparing for a hot lap when he slid wide at the final corner and nestled his Red Bull RB10 into the tyre barriers. The Australian admitted that he was unable to prevent the collision, which left his RB10 with front left damage. "It wasn't really a problem, I just made a mistake," Ricciardo said. "I did my first quick lap and then everyone's cooling after that and on the slow lap there was a yellow flag so I did it extra slow so that once I started my quick lap the yellow flag would have been clear and I would have been able to...
