Stevens gets Marussia practice outing

Caterham F1 Team Formula Renault 3.5 racer Will Stevens is set to take part in the opening practice session of the Japanese Grand Prix for Marussia. Stevens has previously tested for Caterham but is expected to replace compatriot Max Chilton in the opening 90 minute session at Suzuka. Chilton said he had no problem in handing over his Marussia MR03 to Stevens. "I know Will very well, he's a good friend of mine, and I'm more than happy to do so," he said. "I started karting against him at the age of nine and we are close friends and we play golf together once a month. I'm more than happy to do it if that comes about.
