Ferrari focus on beating Williams

Fernand Alonso leads Felipe Massa Ferrari believe that they found some extra pace in Singapore and travel to Japan determined to close the gap to Williams in the F1 constructors' championship standings. Speaking ahead of the weekend at Suzuka technical director James Allison declared, 'We left Singapore with some satisfaction that areas we'd been working on the car, to improve its mechanical grip for example, appear to be paying off. So we go to Suzuka and the remaining races determined to close the gap to Williams and then try and actually pull ahead of them.'
