Renault prepared for engine penalties

+ Renault says it is prepared for the four teams it supplies to face penalties before the end of the season. Toro Rosso’s Daniil Kvyat became the first driver to take a penalty after he exceeded the maximum allocation of five engine elements – from six different components – ahead of the Italian Grand Prix, incurring a ten-place grid drop.
