Red Bull rule out team orders for now

+ Christian Horner says Red Bull is still not considering using team orders to support Daniel Ricciardo’s slim title hopes. Daniel Ricciardo is 60 points behind new championship leader Lewis Hamilton with five races remaining, the last of which will offer double points, while Red Bull team-mate Sebastian Vettel is 104 points adrift of the Englishman, with 150 points still available.
