Hamilton pips Rosberg to pole in Singapore

September 20th 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Lewis Hamilton beat teammate Nico Rosberg to pole position in Singapore by 0.007 seconds. Felipe Massa held provisional pole for most of Q3 but with minutes to go Daniel Ricciardo took pole, much to the delight of the crowd, only to be beaten by Rosberg. Seconds later Hamilton crossed the line in his Mercedes, completing a lap time that was just 0.007 seconds faster than Rosberg’s. Hamilton will line-up in pole position for the sixth time this year.
